Lerner Job Shadow Program – Host Interest Form (Summer 2027)

Thank you for your interest in connecting with business students through the Lerner Job Shadow Program at the University of Delaware. Host Qualifications:
- Currently employed (not retired) in a business-related field
- Able to host a student for a full or half-day onsite at your company or virtually via zoom/teams. (Professionals may not host students at their personal residence)
- Talent Aquisition and Early Career Teams are encouraged to either share this volunteer opportunity with individuals at their organization or work with us to offer a group experience.
