Summary of program and employer expectations:

The Lerner Co-op Program offers rising junior and senior business students a 9-12 month, paid internship or co-op from June/September 1 to May 31, with flexible start dates and hours. Students can work up to 40 hours per week in summer and winter (January) and up to 20 hours during fall and spring. Employers will receive dedicated support from Lerner Career Services throughout the hiring process and the co-op experience. Please refer to the detailed Employer FAQs here.
